Summer

The recreation area “Kampler See” with swimming lake, beach volleyball court, children’s playground is in the immediate vicinity. The longest summer toboggan run in Tyrol awaits you in Mieders. If you are looking for more sporting action, the valley offers excellent hiking trails and via ferratas. A large high ropes course is located in Fulpmes.

Stubai Super Card

The Stubai Super Card is the new summer highlight in the Stubai Valley. With it you can use all four mountain railroads, swimming area Stubay and public transport free of charge. Further information can be found via the following link.

Winter

Regular shuttle buses take you to your desired skiing or tobogganing areas (Stubai Glacier, Elfer lifts, Schlick 2000, Serles lifts). The Stubai toboggan runs bring speed to your vacation – including the floodlit run at the Elferbergbahn and the longest natural toboggan run in Tyrol from the Elfer through the Pinnistal. The length of the toboggan runs is 8km. Night tobogganing takes place 3 times a week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday). Skaters and classic cross-country skiers will find everything their hearts desire in the Stubai Valley. On 62 km of perfectly groomed trails at all altitudes, there is something for every type of cross-country skier – from beginners to professionals. The entrance to the cross-country ski trail is approx. 10 minutes’ walk from our accommodation (sufficient snow conditions required).

In the middle of our apartment you will not only find a well-equipped kitchen that invites you to prepare delicious meals, but also a cozy sitting area with TV that invites you to relax. A large dining table in a cozy atmosphere creates the perfect setting to share special moments with the family. Discover the comfort of our three bedrooms, each equipped with a spacious wardrobe for your clothes and personal belongings as well as a washbasin. Two of the three bedrooms are also equipped with a television. The shower and WC are separate for your comfort. Experience the impressive mountain panorama directly from our inviting terrace and treat yourself to a relaxing break after an eventful day. A free parking lot is available for your vehicle. In addition, our accommodation offers a separate ski room with ski boot dryer.

Current local tax in the Stubai Valley: Currently € 2.80 per person and day for adults. Children up to the age of 15 are exempt from this tax. From November 1, 2024, the local tax will be raised to € 4.80 per person per day for adults, whereby children up to 15 years of age will continue to be exempt from the local tax.

Pets are not permitted.
